I’ve come to the end of my rope and there’s still day left, my strength is spent!
There’s moments when my mind races to catch up with my day, and loses. Have you been there?
It’s in those times I cry out, “Please tell me I’m not alone in this.”
Then it happens. The phone call, the text, and, on occasion, the email. Arriving at just the right moment, “Hey Linda, I was just thinking about you and wanted to remind you, you’re not alone. God is right in the mix with you. In fact, He’s carrying your burden, so just relax and rest in Him.”
What an amazing God I serve!
Why is it, I still get amazed every time He shows me His love? It’s like He really gets me, you know? Perfectly… He knows just the right words and who to use to say them to me. Amazing!
“Yours, Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the majesty and the splendor, for everything in heaven and earth is yours. Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; you are exalted as head over all.”
1 Chronicles 29:11 NIV
God uses every, end-of-my-rope moment to help me refocus on Him and His abilities in me. In my strength I’m limited, in His… limitless!
We always have a choice in how to respond in those moments of doubt, frustration, and even fear.
This day, I choose to shout, hallelujah to my King!
He is my All-in-all.
His strength lifts my arms.
His power moves my legs.
His glory feeds my soul.
His splendor shines through me.
His greatness gives me understanding.
Oh! What a mighty, mighty God He is.
“Yours, Lord, is the kingdom; You are exalted as Head over all. Hallelujah. Amen.
Be blessed in God’s greatness and strength today my friend… Hugs in Him, Linda
