Working with young people is certainly an area of passion for Linda, whether it’s dealing with dating, fitness, planning for the future or just dealing with be single. Young adults gravitate to Linda’s sincerity and off the wall humor, especially for a “grandmother”. Her genuine concern and listening ear creates an immediate bond of trust with her audience. Living long enough to experience life first hand has given Linda a knack for taking tough issues and putting them into format we can unravel, tie into knots and toss over our shoulder, if that’s what it takes to make it understandable. She says, “We can’t change how the world thinks but, we can change how we handle what it throws at us.”

Excelling in “Singleness” Mind… Body… and Soul!(High School & College Age)
Do you feel your singleness defines you? “Oh yeah, she’s the single girl from the office.” “I know who you’re talking about, the tall single guy from down the street.” Are you tired of hovering around… looking for a landing page in your relationships, church, and community? Do you desire to feel complete in the here and now? Maybe your question might be, “How do I get other people to accept me as a whole person, married or not?” Well your search is near its end during this seminar you will be given tools to help realign and redefine the “You” God created you to be, empowered with purpose and passion… no marriage required!
Life Beyond MBD (Multiple Background Disorder) (High School & College Age)
What do you want to do when you grow up? Isn’t that “the” question? Yet day in and day out people make poor job choices based on purpose not passion and wind up in a career they hate! How to you stop this misguided cycle of poorly placed positioning? Linda says it simply, “Identify your sweet spot, then take action.” Some people are not cut out for college, but everyone is desirous of knowledge, it’s in our DNA. This aha inspiring presentation ignites the cognitive juices in every attendee, positioning them to see their choices as purpose driven or passion driven. Understanding what drives you makes the difference between, doing what you have to do to get by or doing what you love to do, satisfying your sweet spot, along the road of life not just at life’s end.
Building Positive Sexual-Boundaries: (High School & College Age)
Walls of Power and Armored Hearts will carry our young people into the future prepared. Linda encourages young ladies and gentlemen to claim the “promised land” of marriage sight unseen, by revealing a pro-active approach to dating and marriage planning. Using the Dating Triangle concept and the Marriage Journal, guys and gals can act on their emotions in a protected and powerful way giving them confidence in and control of their future.
G.H.U.T Talk: ( 3rd grade to High School age)
Get Healthy Using Truth is a fun & interactive approach at preparing our bodies and minds for years of service. Youth and young adults will smile, nod their heads in agreement, and sit wide-eyed with a, “I have to do what?” expression, as Linda shares the inside scoop on thriving not just surviving, physically and relationally in a messed up world. Attendees will be challenged and encouraged to step out of the narrow road of mediocrity to embrace excellence in all they do.
